Week 2 – 21 Day Fix Extreme – Complete

I know everyone’s probably tired of hearing me talk about this program but I’m too happy with my progress to keep it all to myself!

It works! It really does and it’s so easy to incorporate it into busy lifestyles! I can’t wait to share the after pictures as soon as I complete the third week. 🙂

The second week was much better than my first! I didn’t have the right equipment during the first week but my new resistance bands arrived just in time for this weeks workouts. What a difference that made…

Pilates was a struggle again, but I’ve make great improvements within a week. I did less modifiers, took less breaks and kept up with everyone else. It’s a great feeling to see these improvements.

On to the third week of Extreme! I can’t wait to see the results in the end!
