This week was my second week of meal prepping with Blue Apron and I believe it’s been another successful cooking day!
Three recipes complete and lots of yummy food prepped for this week.
- Pork Tteokbokki with Asparagus and Spicy Black Bean Sauce
- Grains of Paradise – Crusted Steak with Mashed Plantain, Collard Greens and Ginger Peanuts
- Spring Chicken Fettuccine with sautéed Asparagus, Kale and Rosemary
