I was very unsure about Hammer and Chisel during the first week. I was still getting used to a new program and I wasn’t sweating as much as I thought I should’ve been after each workout.
Now that I’m in the second week, I’m realized just how tough this program is… The chisel workouts are by far my favorite and I’ve learned how to modify the workouts because I don’t have a chin up bar or a weight bench.
It’s my second week and I’m sore, tired and just want to rest, but I’m determined to push through to the next rest day on thursday. I’ll only regret resting and not doing the best I can during these 60 days! 🙂
