It has been so long since I’ve posted on here! However, I’ve still been dedicated to working out and keeping in shape even though many unexpected events happened which involved a lot of traveling.
Although, I was traveling and I don’t have a lap top with a DVD player (thanks apple) I still did what I could to keep up on working out and eating healthy.
I haven’t kept up on beachbody programs, but I’ve biked, did areal yoga (which I absolutly love!!! <3), walked alot and speed walked/ran through Madrid.
I’ve also taken on another venture in buisness owning and I’ve become a LipSense distributor!

As you all know by now, last week I started another round of the 21 day fix, this time without Shakeology. It’s truly amazing how much energy one shake a day can give you… the 21 day fix is a killer without it. The only reason I stopped drinking Shakeology is because I thought I was having an allergic reaction to it. Turns out… I have no clue what I’m allergic to and I had a reaction to Blistex over the weekend, so I know it’s not shakeology.
The other day I ordered more and I truly can’t wait for it to get here. Without it I’ve struggled with breakfast in the morning, as I have to eat on the go and there’s nothing healthy that I can find to grab and go with. I’ve gotten into my old habit of going to the coffee shop to grab an Ice Maple Oat Scone and a large iced coffee. That habit is defiently not good for the wallet or the waist line. I’ll be back to saving money with shakeology and getting the most nutriuents I can out of one meal, while avoiding the extra carbs.
I can’t wait for my shipment to arrive so I can start making the shakes in the morning and get back to eating healthy and feeling better. 🙂
I can’t express how good it feels to be back in the game with the 21 Day Fix!
I’m so sore after only day two. I’m truly amazed at how out of shape I got and how quickly it happened. Just goes to show, you should never stop working on you! You’re worth it and you’ll feel so much better if you take time out of your day to work on your fitness.
I’m so excited to be able to get back into fitness. I should’ve never stopped in the first place, but I let life get in the way and I really hope I never let it get in the way again!
I haven’t worked out for a several days and I’m really feeling it. My muscles are tense, I’m stiff and I just feel plain awful. I don’t feel like getting up in the morning and there’s nothing motivating me to get anything done anymore.
My diet has been horrible because of having to move… I don’t want to be home to cook and my stuff needs to get packed up anyway.
I know moving should’ve be an excuse to let your health suffer, but it’s really hard staying on track. I kept it up for a few days but I have to be honest. I’m struggling…
I can’t wait to be settled once again so I can start a new program and get back on track.
It’s amazing just how much better you feel when working out regularly and I really can’t wait to get back at it.
It’s been a while since I’ve had the time to write a post. A lot has been going on and a lot is changing these past few weeks. It’s strange how the universe knows you’re happy so it mixes everything up so you can’t relax.
I have been struggling to stay on target with my workouts since the end of Hammer and Chisel, and I decided to start a 21 day fix extreme and hammer and chisel hybrid 4 week training. But right after my start date for the new program, I was faced with a challenge of finding a new place to live.
I’m struggling to find the motivation to get out of bed in the morning and I’m worried sick most of each day, about what’s going to happen to me now, but things are finally looking positive.
It will be a struggle but I’ve found a new home and I’m ready to take this challenge head on.
I can’t wait to be settled and get my workouts and eating back on track.
Here are my before and after pictures from Hammer and Chisel. Not exactly the complete result I was looking for, but I can only blame that on my diet. Here’s to another round in the future and for never giving up!!!!
It’s been a difficult week this past week and this isn’t something I’ve wanted to talk about or share with others. I have been bloated beyond belief and nothing I’m doing to try to fix it has helped. My stomach is 5 times larger than it normally is, my clothes fit poorly and I have no energy nor the desire to work out.
I’m tense because of the bloating which in turn adds to my migraines issues. I know I just need to relax, but it’s nearly impossible when I feel this way. I’m constantly sucking in my gut to still feel normal, rather than relaxing so the issue can resolve itself.
This feeling has caused me to make very poor decisions when it comes to eating and working out, and I know sticking to a healthy lifestyle is even more important at times like these, but it’s hard.
The healthy lifestyle journey that I started in February has really helped me, these days are far and few between unlike they were before I started, but I do still struggle. I don’t have the answers I need to get through times like this, but I’m still doing everything I can to try and figure them out and get though it.

Today, I’ve gotten my butt up and out of bed to begin meal prepping. 🙂 I didn’t want to stress about making the time to cook all day long, so I’m doing my best to get it out-of-the-way now.
I do want to get other things done instead, but meal prepping is the most important thing you can do on the weekends, to help you eat healthy throughout the week. I can’t stress that point enough. If I didn’t pre make my food, I’d be eating nothing but cheese quesadilia’s all week and going out to eat for lunch. Here’s just a few things I’ve made so far. 🙂
Back in March I joined my first accountability group and it changed my life. I do not regret the decision I made to join Amy and the Beachbody team. It helped me stay focused on changing my lifestyle and now I’m finally reaching my fitness goals.

May 2nd may have not been the greatest time for me to start this program, as I’m having shoulder issues, but I’ve kept it going to far. I have taken it easy on the upper body lifting for the moment, but I plan to get back into it full force by next week.
This program is tough and it’s everything I thought it would be, and I’m glad to report the 21 Day Fix Extreme has prepared me well. 😀 I am sore in places I’ve never been sore before so I know good things are happening.
I can’t wait to finish the week and see how next week goes!
