Never give up on reaching your goals! The jounrey may be slow but slow and steady always wins the race!
Today, I struggled to get out of bed. I wanted nothing more than to sleep for another few hours, but I’m so glad I pushed myself to get up. I was up early and at Spinning class by 9:15 and I came home and immediantly did my first round of Chisel Endurance. Boy… was it tough to do after spinning but I loved every minute of it. It’s the best workout I’ve come accross so far in the Hammer and Chisel program. It’s taken while, but I’m learning how to motifiy the workouts as I don’t have a workout bench or a pull up bar.
I’m glad I pushed myself to work out this morning. You’ll never regret a workout, but you’ll always regret not pushing yourself to reach your full potentional. 😄
Today, was the first day of the accountability group I’m co-hosting with my coach. I’m so excited to get to be given this oppourtinity to partner up with her, to run my first of many groups.
So far, we have a great group of girls from all over the US and I’m excited to have all of them with us during this 60 day journey. I can’t wait to get to know everyone and see the results at the end of the 60 days!!!

Day 1 – Complete ❤
The drink in the picture isn’t all that bad for you (I hope.) It’s a Matcha Boba Shake from the local Asian market. From what I’ve heard Matcha is a very healthy, and in my option, delicious form of green tea. Several Matcha drinks out there have lots of cane sugar added, but I don’t believe this one does and that’s why I love it!
I do my best to follow a healthy diet but no ones perfect and sometimes you just have to reach for the Boba. 🙂

Yesterday, I started my second round of the 21 Day Fix Extreme.
- Less modifications
- Active during the entire minute…
- Less breaks
- Focus on my core and flattening my tummy.
- Be the best person I can be and a great role model for my first accountability group!
During my first round, I was resting way more than I actually need to and my goal this time is to push through no matter what gets in my way. My body is much stronger than my mind thinks it is, just look at the picture of my arm from Friday. I’m still shocked I have some muscle! In case you missed it, Parties, Tattoos and Changes
I really need to push myself and no longer make excuses. I can’t wait to see what this next round has in store for me, and I’m excited to figure out my next step in my fitness journey after this round is complete.
So, my company had a little party outside and just for fun a co-worker started drawing “tattoos” on people. Here’s mine.
After taking the picture, I sent it to my mother to show her what work “did to me…” and after taking another look at the photo on the iMessage screen, my first thought was… damn… Where did that muscle come from!?!?!?!
That muscle was never that defined before in my life. I really have to thank my coach, BeachBody, 21 day fix and the 21 day fix extreme for whipping me into shape. I’m loving all the pluses that come along with making positive changes to your life. 🙂 ❤
